I took my truck in to get a new Bluetooth radio installed last year, and they got it done in all of an hour and a half even with a packed schedule. Then, nearly 9 months later when a wire came loose and I accidentally tugged it getting out of the truck, they gave a me a brand new microphone on warranty, no questions asked. Joseph and his staff are polite and professional, and they certainly know their way around a vehicle! Not to mention they have free snacks in the waiting room.. Happy to go to these guys for all of my auto electrical needs! They're a wonderful part of the Birmingham community.
