Called customer service and they accommodated me. When I checked out their facebook page, I saw that another client came in wanting to do the exact same thing and they were accommodated. I see that they only want to service the kind of clients they want to service. There were three employees working and no one else in the store, so they had time to help me through what I needed help with.
