- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★March 22, 2020, by Edward EavesSuperb Customer Service. Mrs. (Angela Blackebel) CVS Pharmacist and CVS employee (Terry Helee) provided suburb customer service. I had a prescription at Walmart. I wanted it transferred to CVS. Walmart kept CVS on hold 30 minutes and their customer service was below a rating of zero. Nonetheless, CVS handled my situation. This should demonstrate regardless of cheaper items customer service is very important. Most importantly, it's the responsibility of the retailer to ensure customers needs are met. Walmart dropped the ball and CVS rebounded took control and won the game.
