  I went in looking for a square nut and had to search around for a few minutes for the hardware section before discovering that the entire section is behind an employees only counter. So I went to the front desk and asked about the item I was looking for only to be told that "we don't stock those," and "I have no idea where you could even get those anymore." If the hardware section were accessible, I probably could have browsed around and found something else that would have worked for my project. Instead I drove to Fastenall and found the exact square nut I needed, and paid a fraction of what 5-Points would have charged. This is the last time I go in that store.
