  My husband ordered work pants and they ordered the wrong brand. Since it took a few weeks for them to come in and he was down to only one pair, he tried to make the best of it and wear them anyway. They hurt him because of where he had to put his wallet. The buttons hurt him and the fit was very uncomfortable. He called and they would not make it right. Very poor customer service and clearly, they have enough customers do retention of customers is just not a priority. I will find someone who cares about keeping my business going forward!
