  Online says open until 9pm. The store says open until 8pm. It was a bummer to show up just to have it be closed. Three stars because maybe it’s good? But I wouldn’t know

  Was really disappointed with this store. On two separate occasions I have called to confirm they had something in stock before I drove there (they were the only store on the Gamestop app showing this particular item in stock and its about a 45 minute drive for me) I have spent an hour trying to get in touch with the store. Their phone rings one time and then lets you know that all associates are busy, then instead of allowing you to hold it hangs up on you. This is incredibly aggravating and I wouldn't normally blame the store for something that the business might have implemented, but in my experience with several other Gamestops, they do not have an automated system like this. This Gamestop does not seem like it wants to help its customers
