I asked them to send a shoe over to Brook Highland store and they told me they would and that shipment goes out on Tuesday and Thursday. It has been a complete week and no shoe at Brook Highland. I call this store and ask if they see the shipment or was it even sent....and to find out it WAS NEVER SENT!! Where was the customer services that day.
