  My fiancé proposed to me with a beautiful ring from this location Kay's. They told him that he earned $1300 dollars of rewards for his purchase that he could use towards our bands before they expire in a few months. When we returned to look at bands, the sales associate proceeded to tell us that it isn't a $1300 worth of rewards, it's 1300 rewards points. She also told us you have to spend an outrageous amount to even redeem any of your "$1300" reward points. That same day I had my ring and band sent off to be resized. The sales lady told me that they would be ready on the twentieth, which was nearly two weeks. I showed up today to pick up my rings, and a very rude pretentious older sales man informed me that neither of my rings were ready to pick up and that I would have to come back another time. I was pretty pissed to say the least. And I am still waiting for a call about picking up my rings. I would not recommend this store at all.

  Did not have the same experience that others here said they did. April helped me and was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and very helpful with advice on what to get my wife since I am a clueless guy. And I'm my price range.
