  This store used to be my favorite. Past few years service has declined. Today I waited 15 minutes for a service needed in department call for no one to help. I went to the customer service desk and waited while two people helped the customer in front of me. No one acknowledged I was there. I stopped what appeared to be a manager to ask about help. She kept walking while saying this was all her personnel. I suggest just order online because this store will waste your time. I will never return to this store unless it is my last and only choice!!!
