How can it be final sale when the watch was altered by them. The watch was never used thats why he decided to return it. They told us since the lady, who was more worry about making the sale, had put final sale on the ticket without letting him know. They acted like its his fault. I guess it is, for choosing a store that has employees who can't even bother to mention every detail.
