  Never go to this store. I applied for a credit card with my first purchase and got approved. When I returned my items I kept a shirt. Paid for the shirt with a check. The following month I received the statement. It showed I owed 82.19. No one will listen that I returned those items. Apparently they stand firm on saying you owe them instead of investigating. THEY DO NOT CARE. ONE BIT. IF THEY SAY YOU OWE IT YOU OWE IT OR THEY DESTROY YOUR NICE CREDIT SCORE. The employees either took the items themselves or made a mistake when refunding them. Either way, New York & Company does not care.
