  Purchased a ring which the salesman stated had real diamonds. After comparing the ring to my real diamonds I realized the ring was fake. I took the ring back in less than an hour after leaving Scott's. They refused to give me a credit on my charge card and offered me less than half of what I actually paid. Manager was rude and the salesman appeared to be an uncle Tom or yes man. Will never shop here again. I have contacted the bank to dispute charges. I am a senior citizen and the manager stated he would have me arrested if I reversed the charges. I also retired as a manager from a well known company and have always treated customers fair with dignity and respect. Do not shop at Scott's. Merchandise over priced by 100 percent. Very unsatisfied customer.
