  My wife and I walked in to upgrade both of our phones to the new iPhone X. Upon walking in, a nice gentlemen greeted us at the door and asked what we needed. I told him we would like to look at the new phone, there was another worked assisting a customer in front of the iPhone so he asked us to wait just a few minutes so they could finish up. After walking around 10-15 minutes and over hearing their conversation that had little to do with getting a phone we politely asked if we could just look at it real quick when the other associate cut us off mid sentence and said “She is a customer”.... just thought that was very unprofessional of him. I’ve never had a below decent experience here before now.
