  The pharmacy tech talked badly about me the entire time while I'm in ear shot and when I pointed out that I could hear her and thought it was rude of her, she looks me in the eye and says, "Have a good day, m'am." No remorse or shame at all and DEFINITELY no apology. I responded with, "Really" and she shot back with a more forceful "Have a good day, M'AM". I told the manager and all she did was apologize. No promise that she'd take care of it and certainly didn't care that they lost a customer. I've transferred all my prescriptions to CVS. If you don't know customer service, at least learn how to be a decent human being. Additionally, the wait times there are TERRIBLE and there seems to only be one lady employed with any pep in her step. If she's not there, prepare to wait 30 mins in line to pick up an order.
