In April 2015, Yellowhammer Creative applied for trademark protection for the phrase "It's Nice to Have You in Birmingham" when "used on t-shirts and other clothing items, on poster prints and artistic projects, and in the provision of design and printing services." The slogan was created in the 1950's and widely used throughout the 60's. It became popular again in 2007 after André Natta used it on t-shirts and in video interviews.
